The mission of council/service
You find there details concerning:
- the nature of the service and the results concerned;
- the phases of the project and the methods which will be used (interviews, working group, documents analyzes, meetings...);
- the people who will have to be met (in-house and external if needed), resources necessary during the mission with an estimate of the in-house caused load;
- information which requires an access (in-house and external), possibly the contacts with suppliers or customers according to the mission.
Phases of the mission

- the calendar of the stages of the intervention with the intermediate validations;

Conditions of the mission
